The material provided on this Site is protected by law, including, but not limited to, United States copyright law and international treaties. This Site is controlled and operated by On-Q from its offices within the United States. There are two basic manners in which to access the On-Q site: as a guest or as a registered user. Different levels of access and service apply.

You may visit our Public Web Site as a guest and are allowed access to view general information about our company and our connected home solutions, and to request more information.

For access to a broader range of information about our solutions and to additional services, you must register and request an account to an appropriate Portal on our site. "Portal" means a private version of our site for you, as determined by your needs, your relationship with On-Q, your participation in one of our business partner programs, and your personal preferences.

Homeowners may register for access to the On-Q Homeowner Portal. When registering, you are asked for your name, home contact information, and information about your home and needs. If your home is an On-Q, we would like to know more about your system and how to help you increase your benefit. If your home is not an On-Q, we would like to get you there.

Business partners, including distributors, dealers, professional installers, and builders , may register for access to the On-Q Partner Portal. When registering, you are asked for your name, business contact information, and information about your business and needs. If your company is not already an existing business partner, an On-Q associate will contact you to qualify you for registration.

The On-Q Portals are provided as a private service to select homeowners and business partners. On-Q reserves the right to define requirements and levels of access, and to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

User ID and Password
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user ID and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your user ID or password.

Privacy
Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of this Site.

Limited License
On-Q grants you a limited license to access and make use of the Site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except as provided within partner programs, or with express written consent of On-Q.
