General Information

• Classes are intended for Integrators and their Employees only.
• Most training classes are scheduled as a one-day event
  • Morning sessions & afternoon sessions run approximately four hours each [actual times may vary depending on training course content].
• Class fee is $59.95 per attendee.
• Travel and lodging expenses are the sole responsibility of the attendee.
• The registration fee also includes a "box-lunch" meal and morning/afternoon snacks and drinks.

Pre-Registration Payment

• Pre-registration is encouraged to reserve a seat in the class.
• On-Q/Legrand currently accepts the following payment methods:
  • MasterCard
  • VISA
• There are no additional fees or surcharges for credit card transactions.
• Cash, checks, money orders, COD and purchase orders (PO) are not currently accepted.
• Do NOT send cash or money orders directly to On-Q/Legrand.
• Payment will be processed immediately upon your purchase of the training class.
• All purchases will be assessed a 6% PA sales tax fee.
• You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase upon a successful transaction.
• This is your receipt and should be kept in a secure location.

Last-Minute Payments

• On-Q/Legrand will accept one of the following payment methods for last-minute attendees:
  • MasterCard
  • VISA
• The normal policies from the "Pre-Registration Payment" section above apply.

Cancellation Policy

• Registered attendees have the right to cancel their registration at any time:
  • Registered attendees will receive a 100% refund if they cancel their registration 16 or more days prior to the scheduled event date.
  • Registered attendees will receive a 50% refund if they cancel their registration two to 15 days prior to the scheduled event date.
  • No refunds will be given on attendee cancellations within two days prior to the scheduled event date.
• On-Q/Legrand reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training event if the number of attendees is less than 12 people within 15 days of the scheduled event date.
  • In the event that On-Q/Legrand initiates the cancellation or rescheduling of a training class, we will either
    fully reimburse the attendee or reschedule them for a free seat in a future class (location to be determined).
  • If the date or location of the rescheduled training class is not acceptable, the attendee will be fully reimbursed.
  • All pre-registered attendees will receive an email notice of a rescheduled training class with the new dates and locations.
• On-Q/Legrand is not responsible for any travel or lodging expenses in the event that a class is cancelled or rescheduled.
