If a call is received outside these hours, it will be routed to a voice mailbox and the call will be returned on the next business day. If the technical support staff is currently helping other customers, your call will be routed to a voice mail box and returned promptly, usually within an hour after leaving your message. We respond to all emails the same day, and all emails and responses are saved for one month.
